Tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina January until July 2014

446 937 tourists visited Bosnia and Herzegovina between Jan 14′ and Jul 14′. Which is 4.3% less then the same period last year. But this still marks a incredible recovery in tourism since the end of the 92-95 war. 49.2% of the tourists entered from Croatia and 15.5% from Serbia.

Since the end of the war tourism has increased dramatically and on 14 December 2015 it will be 20 years since the Dayton agreement was signed (which ended the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina).

From 2010 until 2013 the average increase of tourists in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been 7.85%.

We believe tourism in Mostar will grow very quick once the infrastructure to reach Mostar becomes more developed.
